AI Insights helps managers and HR teams quickly understand employee feedback, identify trends, and take action using AI-generated summaries and recommendations. This feature is available in Surveys and Perform. 

AI Insights can help you:

  • Summarize large amounts of employee feedback instantly
  • Identify key trends and recurring themes
  • Highlight areas that need attention
  • Recommend actionable next steps
  • Save time reviewing comments and performance data manually
  • Support more data-driven people decisions

Where to Access AI Insights

AI Insights is available within supported HR Cloud modules, including:

  • Surveys
  • Perform

The AI Insights panel opens from the analytics or results area within the module.

 

AI Insights in Surveys

In Surveys, AI Insights helps administrators and managers better understand employee sentiment and survey results.

Accessing AI Insights in Surveys

  1. Navigate to Surveys.
  2. Open the desired survey.
  3. Go to the survey analytics or results page.
  4. Open the AI Insights panel.

Available AI Insight Options for Surveys

  • Summary - provides a high-level overview of the survey results and employee feedback. This helps users quickly understand overall sentiment without reviewing every individual response.

  • Key Insights - identifies important trends, recurring themes, and notable patterns within employee responses.

  • Where to Focus - highlights areas that may require additional attention or improvement. This helps managers prioritize the most impactful issues based on employee feedback.

  • Suggested Actions - provides AI-generated recommendations for possible next steps.


Users can also ask follow-up questions such as:

  • “What should I do next?”
  • “What trends are most important?”

In Perform, AI Insights helps managers and administrators better understand employee performance data, feedback, and evaluation trends.

Accessing AI Insights in Perform

  1. Navigate to Perform.
  2. Open the relevant review cycle or employee review.
  3. Go to the analytics or review details section.
  4. Open the AI Insights panel.

Available AI Insight Options for Perform

The Perform AI Insights assistant helps managers and reviewers better understand performance reviews, reviewer alignment, strengths, and next-step actions.

  • Summary - Provides a concise overview of employee performance review results and overall feedback.

  • Where to Focus - Highlights areas that may require additional attention, coaching, or development.

  • Compare Reviews - Helps identify reviewer alignment and differences across submitted feedback and ratings.

  • Suggested Actions - Provides AI-generated recommendations for next steps, employee support, coaching opportunities, and development actions.
