      Ashby Integration

      The HR Cloud integration allows you to automatically take newly hired candidates from Ashby and add them to the HR Cloud system

      This article will guide you on how to set up your Ashby Integration.

      1. Ask your Account Manager to enable Ashby integration for you.
      2. Log in to HR Cloud (HR Admin) and go to Settings -Integrations section and then simply click on “Ashby” from the menu.
      3. Click on Configure to accept the obligation to inform employees about the data being collected from HR Cloud and then Save.
      4. Enter your Ashby API Key to integrate directly with HR Cloud and that is it!

        Once connected HR Admin can opt out from automatic import that occurs daily at 12 AM PST.
        Webhook can be used for import, meaning newly added candidates will be automatically imported without needing to trigger the import.

      Important notes are that only candidates with the "Hired" status are sent to HR Cloud from Ashby, and once in, HR Cloud doesn't import updates.
