      Hireology Integration

      The Hireology integration allows HR Cloud to automatically import employees once they reach the "Hired" stage in Hireology, ensuring a faster, easier onboarding process.

      Before setup, please contact your account manager to enable the Hireology integration for your tenant

      How to Set Up and Configure Hireology Integration



      1. Navigate to System Settings → Integrations → Hireology
      2. Provide Consent that you are aware of the obligation to inform employees that Hireology is collecting personal information from HR Cloud.
      3. Enter your API Key.
      4. Click Connect to authenticate.
      5. If there’s an error, you’ll see:
         "There was an error connecting to Hireology. Please check your input before trying again."
      6. Enable the Automatic Import Toggle to schedule daily imports at 12:45 AM PST.
      7. Use the Import Button to trigger an import at any time manually.

      You can view the import results in the Import Table, tracking records that were added, updated, skipped, errored, and imported.
       
       
       Here is a list of fields that get mapped from Hireology to HR Cloud:


      Important Information

      • Data flows from Hireology into HR Cloud only.
      • After an employee is imported, future updates in Hireology are not reflected in HR Cloud.
