How to check in with Goal progress?
This article explains how to check in with the Goals/Subgoals you have been assigned.
Based on your access level, you can view all active goals and subgoals assigned to you and your colleagues. To track and report your progress on the goals you are involved in, please follow the instructions below:
- Locate the Goals tab in the Perform app.
- Select the Goal or Subgoal you are a part of by clicking on its name.
- Click on the Check-in Button in the top right corner of the fly-out.
- You will be prompted to add a percentage of your progress either manually or by using the slide bar.
- Click Save.

If the Goal is part of a Performance review, you can also access it by:
- Going to the Reviews tab on the Perform app.
- Locating the Performance Review that the Goal is attached to.
- Clicking on the Goal Tracking tab.
- Clicking the arrow icon adjacent to the Goal for which you wish to update your progress.
- Using the Check-in Button in the top right corner and then adding the wanted percentage manually or by using the slide bar.
- You can Save the changes once you are done.
Bear in mind, that you will not be able to locate and update your Goals as Tasks, only by using the processes described above.
