How can I see if an employee has activated the account?

This article shows how to see if an employee has an active or pending account.

The employee has an Active account only if he has logged in to the system. If he hasn't logged in to the system he has a Pending activation status.

To see employee's account status,

  1. Go to the employee profile under the People application.
  2. Open the employee profile and click on the Account tab.
  3. Account status is shown here and Pending means that the account still hasn't been activated. ( this means that the user in question can not receive emails from HR Cloud)
  4. Additionally, you can resend the activation email by clicking on "Resend Activation" next to the Password section.
