How to achieve 100% profile completeness?

The profile completeness meter only referes to Bio section details and is not related to the employee's task progress in any way.

The purpose of this widget is to show how far did an employee completed his Bio tab - this page includes some personal information about employee that is visible to other employees.

By having this completeness meter, employee is encouraged to add personal information about himself which would help his colleagues to learn more about him.

Progress bar is only visible to the employee himself.

Under the Bio tab or by clicking on "Complete profile" under the progress bar, employee can edit specific personal information which can include adding social network links, additional phone numbers etc.

It completely depends on the company's setup.
