How to activate/deactivate or delete a performance cycle?
This article explains how to activate/deactivate or delete an existing performance cycle.
To activate or deactivate one or more performance cycles at once;
- Go to the Cycles tab in the Perform app.
- Toggle one or more cycles that need to be activated or deactivated.
- Click the Actions button on the top of the grid.
- Select the Activate or Deactivate action to activate or deactivate the selected performance cycles.
To activate or deactivate only one cycle:
- Go to the “Cycles” tab in the Perform app.
- Locate the specific cycle.
- In the “Actions” column for that cycle, click the Activate or Deactivate button.

To delete a specific cycle:
- Go to the “Cycles” tab in the Perform app.
- Locate the cycle you want to delete.
- In the “Actions” column for that cycle, click the Delete button.
- Confirm the deletion if prompted.

Please note that you can only delete inactive Cycles.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Only inactive Cycles can be deleted
- Deleting a performance cycle does not automatically delete reviews that have already been assigned within that cycle.
Assigned reviews must be deleted separately as an additional step.
