How to activate/deactivate or delete a performance cycle?

This article explains how to activate/deactivate or delete an existing performance cycle.

To activate or deactivate one or more performance cycles at once;

  1. Go to the Cycles tab in the Perform app.
  2. Toggle one or more cycles that need to be activated or deactivated.
  3. Click the Actions button on the top of the grid.
  4. Select the Activate or Deactivate action to activate or deactivate the selected performance cycles.

To activate or deactivate a single cycle, use the activate/deactivate button under the actions column in the cycle. Similarly, to delete a particular cycle, use the delete button under the actions column in the checklist.

 

IMPORTANT NOTES:

1.  You can not edit existing single-run cycles without deactivating them first.

2.  Activating the edited cycle triggers it again.

3. Deleting a cycle doesn't automatically delete all already assigned reviews. They will need to be deleted as an extra step.
