How to add a new Category?

This article explains how to add a new category for pages.

Categories are used for organizing the pages logically.

Please note that only an admin has the right to create a new category.

To create a new category,  

  1. Go to the Workmates app. Click the Resources drop-down on the top left and select Pages.  
  2. On the right side, click the Add category button.
  3. Enter the following details for the page: Name,  Icon, Color, Visibility rules.
  4. To delete or rename the category, click the three dots on the right side of the category.
