How to add an applicant to another job?

You can easily duplicate your existing applicant to another open job posting(s).

To duplicate an applicant, follow below steps:

  1. Go to Recruit - Applicants.
  2. Click on the applicant you want to duplicate and locate the button Actions in the upper right-hand corner.
  3. Click on Actions and click on "Add to another job"
  4. You will get a list of all open job postings and can choose multiple ones.
  5. Applicant will be duplicated with the "New" applicant status.

* Please note that you can not duplicate an already hired applicant.
