How to Adjust Required Fields for Prehires?

This article explains how HR Admins can configure which fields will be mandatory on the Add Employee page when you want to add an employee with Employment status set to Prehire.

To configure settings please follow the below steps:

1. Go to Onboard app.

2. Click Settings button in the upper right corner.

3. Preboarding>Mandatory Fields -  Choose configure option.

4. For every field you can choose between two options: Optional or Mandatory

5. Fill in the information as required and click  "Save".
