How to approve or deny a Time Off request?
This article explains how managers or admins can approve or deny employees' time off requests.
After an employee requests time off, their manager or HR Admin receives that request in the Time Off application.
To approve or deny a time off request in HR Cloud, the manager or HR Admin must:
- Open the Time Off application.
- Go to the Requests tab and find the request you wish to approve or deny.
- Click on the name of the person that requested the time off.
- The above steps can be skipped if you are following the link from the approval email notification.
- In the right-hand side menu, choose either 'Approve' or 'Deny' at the bottom.
- Confirm your Approval/Denial and leave a comment if you wish to explain your actions.
