How to approve a Time Off request?

This article explains how to approve or deny requested time off from employee.

After employee requests time off, his manager or HR Admin receives that request in the Time Off application.

To approve it or deny it:

  1. Go to the Time Off application.
  2. Click on the person that requested the time off.
  3. These above steps can be skipped if you are just following the link from the approval email notification.
  4. The side menu will open up on the right side, click 'Approve' or 'Deny'  on the bottom (there is also an option to write a comment after approving it or denying it so the manager can leave an explanation).
