How to assign goals?
This article will cover assigning goals and updating them.
Goals can be assigned individually with no correlation to the review or they can be added as part of the review.
- If a goal is part of the review, the employee and manager can contribute to the goal tracking. Both of them can easily set up goals, add descriptions and edit them accordingly.
- If needed, you can assign a goal separately from a review. That can be done by accessing the Goal tab under Perform and clicking on the bulk sign. The user creating the goal is automatically preselected as the assignee but that can be changed.
