How to cancel a Time Off request?

This article will show you how you can cancel your time off request.

If you would like to cancel your time off request, you can follow these steps:

  1.  Locate the request you would like to cancel in the Time Off application.
  2. Click on your name and then a pop-up window will appear.
  3. At the right-hand top corner, you will see an option to ''Cancel Request'' or ''Request Cancelation'',  depending on the approval processes set up by your HR Admins.  This can be done for both future and past Time Off requests.
    • Tip for admins: If you wish to enable past Time off cancelations without previous approval, you can toggle ''Allow the cancellation of past Time Off requests when there is no approval''  by following these steps:

      1. Go to System Settings. 

      2. Click on General Settings in the Time Off Section.

      3. Toggle ''Allow the cancellation of past Time Off requests when there is no approval'' and your changes will be saved automatically.
