      How to Change Your Language in HR Cloud

      A Step-by-Step Guide to Personalizing Your Experience with Your Preferred Language

      Please Note:
      The option to change the display language is not enabled by default. If you are unable to select a language using the steps outlined below, please contact your Account Manager for further assistance.

      For mobile users:
      The mobile application will automatically reflect the language your phone is set to.

      To change the display language in your HR Cloud account, follow these steps:

      1. Open the dropdown menu next to your profile picture and select 'My Settings'. This will open the User Settings window.
      2. In the User Settings window, navigate to the General menu on the left side of the screen and select 'Language'.
      3. Click the 'Edit' button next to the System Language field.
      4. Choose your preferred language from the list and click 'Done' to save your changes.
