How to change/reset your password?
This article explains how users can change/reset their password.
Resetting your password can be done in a few different ways.
If you want to change your password, you can do so by following these steps:
- Click on the circle icon of your profile in the right upper corner of the screen.
- Click on My Settings.
- On the Account Info tab, you will have the Change Password option right next to the
password, click on the Change Password option. - You will need to input your old password and confirm your new password of choice by inputting it two times.
- Click on the Save button.
- If your old password is not filled correctly, you will get an error saying you're unable to change the password.
- If you realize you don't remember your password, you can click Forgot password instead. As soon as you do that, you will get an email or an SMS message to your account phone*, and you will be prompted to set up a new password as shown in the video.
*Using the Account Phone to reset the password requires having the Phone Login feature enabled. Upon HR Admins' request, the feature can be enabled.
