How to check order and redeem history?

This article will explain how you can see your redeem history and check orders bought with Kudos points.

To check your orders history, please follow the below steps:

1. Go to the Kudos - Settings.

2. Click on Billing Information.

3. There you can see the order history for purchased points - how many points, their monetary value, status and date of purchase.

To check  redeem history, please follow the below steps:

1. Go to the Kudos - Rewards.

2. You will have the option to review accessible rewards and to see the redeem history.

3. By clicking on Redeem history, you will get a window that lists employees, reward names and additional details related to that specific redeem history record.
