How to Contact HR Cloud Support: Using AI Chat and Human Assistance

HR Cloud provides two convenient ways to get help when you have questions or encounter issues and this article explains how to access both options directly within HR Cloud.

There are 2 ways to get help inside HR Cloud:

  1. AI Chat Support – instantly available for quick answers and troubleshooting.

  2. Customer Support Team – available if the AI Chat cannot resolve your issue or you prefer to speak with a human representative.

Accessing AI Chat Support

  1. Log in to your HR Cloud account.

  2. Locate the sparkly AI Chat icon at the upper-right corner of your screen.

  3. Click the icon to open the AI Chat window.

  4. Type your question or describe your issue — for example, “How do I update an employee profile?”

  5. The AI Chat will instantly provide suggestions, step-by-step guides, or links to relevant Help Center articles.

If the answer managed to solve your issue, please feel free to proceed with your work.

If the answer didn't help, please click on the "dislike"  button for further actions. You may be prompted to provide feedback.

 

When to Contact Human Support

If the AI Chat doesn’t provide the information you need:

  1. Look for the “Contact Customer Succes Team” or “email support at support@hrcloud.com” option in the chat window.

  2. Click the button to open a ticket with HR Cloud’s customer support team.

  3. Fill in the requested details — including your name, account email, and a brief description of the issue.

  4. Submit your request via CHAT ( for immediate assistance during working hours) or as a TICKET ( someone will reach out to you as soon as possible).

Response Times: When you reach out directly via chat, a member of the CS team typically replies within one minute during working hours. If you submit a ticket, the typical response time is within one hour during working hours; if reached outside of working hours, a member of the CS team will reach out at the beginning of the next business day.
