How to Customize Email Senders from the System?
Email notifications can be sent either from the System Admin (system-generated emails) or from the employee who performed the action that triggered the notification. You can customize both options to align with preferred terminology.
Follow the steps below to update the sender names that appear in system emails:
- Go to Settings → General → System Settings → Terminology.
- You’ll see two options:
- Change “System Admin” in emails to:
(Enter your preferred label for system-generated emails) - Change sender ‘Employee’ in emails to:
(Enter your preferred label for employee-triggered emails)
- Change “System Admin” in emails to:
- Keep in mind:
- The character limit is 20.
- Changes will apply only to future emails.
