How to edit permissions to view Workmates Analytics/Channel Analytics?

This article explains how to edit permissions to view Workmates Analytics/Channel Analytics.

If you wish to edit permissions to view overall Workmates Analytics:

1. Go to the Settings page from the left panel of the application.

2. Click Analytics Settings in the Workmates app settings division.

3. On the right side of the Analytics settings section click Edit Permissions.

4. Make changes as required and click Save.

Also, you can edit permissions for Channel Analytics,

1. Go to the Workmates app from the left panel of the application.

2. In the Channels tab, select the desired channel.

3. On the Channel bar, open Settings.

4. From the General Settings panel, locate the "Roles that can access Channel Analytics" section.

5. Set permissions as required and click SAVE CHANGES.
