How to edit the confirmation message for submitted applications and signed offer letters?

This article explains how to edit the confirmation messages for the submitted application or the signed offer letters.

To configure custom notifications for submitted applications or signed offer letters, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Settings page from the application's left panel.
  2. In the Recruit App settings section, click on Templates.
  3. Find the System Event Templates section.
  4. On the right side of the panel, select the "Edit Confirmation Message" button for either the Application Submitted or Offer Letter Signed template.
  5. In the Edit Confirmation Message panel, enable the "Custom notifications" option.
  6. Customize your message as needed and click "Save" to apply your changes.
