How to edit the confirmation messages for the submitted application or the signed offer letters?

This article explains how to edit the confirmation messages for the submitted application or the signed offer letters.

If you wish to use custom notifications for the submitted application or the signed offer letters,

  1. Go to the Settings page from the left panel of the application.
  2. Under the Recruit App settings section click Templates.
  3. Locate the System Event Templates section.
  4. On the right side of the panel click the "Edit Confirmation Message" button of either Application submitted or Offer letter signed template.
  5. In the Edit Confirmation Message template panel enable "Custom notifications" 
  6. Edit the message as you require and click "Save".
