How to edit the Onboard/Offboard email notifications?

This article explains how to edit the Onboard/Offboard email notifications.

You can trigger specific emails for the following Onboarding/ Offboarding events:

  1.  Onboard/Offboard started - Notify once the employee's first task has been created.
  2. Onboard7 Offboard checklist completed - Notify once all tasks within the checklist have been completed.
  3. Onboard/Offboard finished - Notify once the process reaches 100%.

Under Onboarding Notifications, you can adjust notifications for E-Verify Daily Report so recipient(s) get an email once E-Verify cases are updated.
 

If you wish to edit Onboard/Offboard email notifications,

  1. Go to the Settings page from the left panel of the application.
  2. Click the Notifications icon.
  3. The left panel of the page lists Onboard/Offboard notifications.
  4. You can configure which users type or specific users will be notified through email on Onboard/Offboard events.
  5. Edit the Email Template as required and click "Save".
