How to force a password reset?

Increase user password security by placing expiration dates on the user's passwords and sending password reset reminders.

If you would like to force a password reset for all your users, please follow the below steps:

1. Go to Settings -  User Management - Account Settings.

2. Click on "Configure" next to the "Force Password Reset" option to activate it.

3. Choose in how many days will passwords expire - 30/60/90 days

4.  Users will be reminded to update their password 10 days before the expiration date.

5. Click on "Save"
