How to give different Amounts of Points inside one Kudos Post?

This article explains how an employee can give Kudos to one or more employees and assign different point amounts to each recipient.

With Kudos with Rewards, you can award points when giving Kudos, assigning different amounts to each employee in a single post. Employees can redeem their points for the rewards you provide.

To give Kudos with varying amounts to different employees, you can follow the process below: 

1. Open the Workmates app.
2. At the top of your feed, you’ll see a text area labeled What’s on your mind? 
3. Tap on What’s on your mind and then select the Kudos tab. 
4. Choose the employees you want to give Kudos with points to. 
5. Add a description highlighting their achievement. Tap Add Badge and select a badge that fits the category. 
6. Click on the + Points button. 
7. Now you can either select an amount that will be given to each employee or input specific amounts in the fields below. 
8. Tap Save. 

Alternatively, you can access the Kudos app and follow the above steps after clicking on the Overview tab or the Kudos tab, followed by tapping on the + sign in the upper left corner.
