How to limit the rights to create an Announcement, Page, or Channel?

This article explains how to set permissions to post/manage/create Announcements/Pages/Channels.

If you wish to set permissions for those actions,

1. Go to Settings from the left panel of the application.
2. Under the Workmates app, click either Resources Settings or Channel Settings.
3. In the panel, click Edit Permissions in the upper-right corner.
4. Select the User Roles who should have permissions to create, manage, or post resources.
5. Click Save.

Users with the selected roles will now be able to manage or create the specified resources.

To enhance security and prevent users from seeing Pages they shouldn’t access, you can enable the the toggle “Filter pages based on set Assignment rules.”

When the toggle is enabled, users will only see Pages, Categories, and subpages that match their visibility/ assignment rules.
