How to make bulk changes?

This article explains how to take bulk actions on multiple employee records.

Bulk actions refer to actions that can be taken for multiple records at the same time. Different bulk actions can be taken on different data sets. For example, you can create tasks, change positions, and change security roles for multiple employee records together.

To make bulk changes to employee records,

  1. Go to the employee data set under People app.
  2. Select the employees on which the action is to be taken.
  3. An Action button appears on the top of the data grid. Click the button.
  4. Choose the appropriate field from the list of bulk actions available. Make sure to choose Effective Date, Field that is being updated and Value to which that field is being updated to. Make changes and click Update.
