How to manually import changes from ADP to HR Cloud?

Follow these steps to manually import changes from ADP to HR Cloud.

If you have an active integration with ADP, you will have to make specific changes directly in ADP.

Changes such as adding new positions, departments, and locations but also changes to employment details (salary, promotion, transfer to another location or department) all need to be done in ADP.

With the overnight sync, all changes that are effective in ADP will import to the HR Cloud.

If you don't want to wait until 12 AM PST to see the changes, you can easily initiate the import manually.

You can do that by following the steps below:

  1. Open Settings
  2. Under the "Integrations" tab click on ADP.
  3. Click Import.
