How to notify audience when posting in Workmates?

Workmates feature that enables you to notify the audience. Make sure your employees do not miss any posts!

If you wish to notify your audience please follow this steps.

1. Open Workmates channel you would like to post to.
2. Create a post, and before posting click on "Settings" icon on bottom right.
3. Enable "Notify Audience" by clicking toggle.
4. Choose how do you want to notify your users - via email and/or via push notification
5. Click "Done".
6. This action will trigger a notification to all active users who are authorized to see this post based on their access setup.
7. Even if your users have disabled these types of notifications, they will still be notified about this specific post.
