      How to revoke an Offer Letter?

      This article explains how Hiring Managers can revoke offer letter after they already sent it.

      Please note you can only revoke an offer letter that still hasn't been signed by the applicant.

       

      To revoke an offer letter:

      1. Go to the Recruit app.
      2. Under Applicants, click on the applicant you want to revoke the offer letter from.
      3. Click on the 'Actions' drop-down and select the 'Revoke Offer Letter'  button
      4. A message will pop up to notify you that this is a permanent action and the applicant won't be able to view and accept the offer letter anymore. Click on 'Revoke' if you want to proceed.
