How to send a message to someone from inside the Company?

This article explains how you can send a message/email to someone from inside the Company.

The HR Cloud Inbox feature enables employees to communicate directly with one another through our App. This feature allows them to seek advice during the onboarding process, request assistance with tasks, or simply connect with colleagues. To send a message or email to someone within the company, follow the steps below:

  1. Click on the "Directory" tab, 
  2. Locate the person you want to send the message to inside the "Everyone" tab,
  3. Click on the message icon, 
  4. Add an additional recipient if needed, subject and content of the message, 
  5. Click "Send".
