How to send an offer letter?

This article will cover sending an offer letter and completing the hiring process.

  1. Go to the Recruit app from the left panel of the application.
  2. In the Applicants tab click on the desired applicant. 
  3. Click on the "Actions" drop-down menu and select "Create & send offer letter"
  4. Fill in the required fields
    • Alternatively, use one of the offer letter templates from the Offer Template drop-down to the right of your screen
  5. Click on the "Review & Send Offer" button in the top right corner.
  6. If everything is as it should be click the "Send Offer" button

 

If you notice a mistake in the offer letter after it's been sent, you can revoke it.

The option to revoke it will be available until the employee signs it. Once signed, you can not revoke the offer letter anymore.

 

Once the letter is accepted and signed there are two options:

  1. You will receive an e-mail that the offer is signed and you can hire the applicant by clicking the "Hire applicant name" button in the e-mail that leads directly to the Add Employee form.
  2. From the Recruit app:
    1. Navigate to the Applicants tab.
    2. Click on the desired applicant.
    3. Open the "Actions" drop-down menu and click the "Hire" button.
    4. Fill in the required fields and if everything is as it should be click the Save button in the upper right corner.
