How to send an offer letter?

This article will cover sending out offer letter and completing the hiring process.

  1. Go to the Recruit app from the left panel of the application.
  2. In the Applicants tab click on the desired applicant. 
  3. Click "Create & send offer letter" button located on the right side.
  4. Two options are available:
    1. Create an offer letter from the beginning.
    2. Use Template Offer letter. You can choose one from the drop down menu located on the right side of the form.
  5. Fill in required fields.
  6. Click on "Review & Send Offer" button on the top right corner.
  7. If everything is as it should be click "Send Offer" button.

 

If you noticed a mistake in the offer letter after it's been sent, you can revoke it.

The option to revoke it will be available until the employee signs it. Once signed, you can not revoke the offer letter anymore.

 

Once the letter is accepted and signed there are two options:

1. You will receive an e-mail that the offer is signed and you can hire the applicant by clicking "Hire applicant name" button in the e-mail that leads directly to Add Employee form.


2. Go to the Recruit app from the left panel of the application. In the Applicants tab click on the desired applicant.  The status of the applicant should be: "Offer Signed", click the "Hire" button on the right side. Fill in the required fields and if everything is as it should be click the Save button in the upper right corner.
