How to send Download link for Custom Mobile App automatically?
You can set your HR Cloud system to do all the work for you and automatically send download link for your Custom Mobile app. You can do that by going to Settings and then click on Download link under Mobile App.
Automatic sending of download links in turned off by default but you can enable it by clicking on Configure.
Download links can be sent to employees via Email or SMS or both. You can also schedule them to be sent to a certain day after employee's start date.
If you want to exclude some of the new hires or customize the recipients you can do that by also clicking on Configure, disabling All New Hires and choosing new parameters as per below picture. You can choose between different parameters.
Once you set it up the way you want to, you can click Save.
How to send Download link for Custom Mobile App manually?
You can send Download link manually by going to Settings and then click on Download link under Mobile App. Once you're there, you can click on Send Download Link button next to History.
Once you did that, you will get a dropdown of all employees and you will be able to select the ones that you want and click Send.
The last step is to choose the method (Email or SMS) and you can click on Send once more.
