How to Set Up Auto Rewards for Birthdays and Anniversaries

Auto Rewards makes recognizing employees easier by automatically awarding points on their birthdays and/or work anniversaries. This feature eliminates the need for manual tracking, ensuring timely recognition without any oversight.

1. Open System Settings > Kudos
2. Click on Auto Rewards from the left hand side menu
3. Turn on the Toggle for Anniversaries and/or Birthdays
4. Click on Edit Rule on the right hand side of the screen (Both Anniversaries and Birthdays have separate rules you can edit)
5. Write the number of points you want to award to each employee (By default, number of points awarded is set to 0)
6. If you don't want all of the employees to receive the reward, you can turn of the All Employees Toggle and filter employees by Department, Position, Location etc.
7. Click Save

Additiona details:

1. This process is designed to only assign points and it doesn't create a Kudos post.
2. User is notified via mail and via notifications. 
3. The message can not be personalized.
4. Points are deducted from the company's balance.
