How to set up custom activation and authentication email?
Custom Activation email serves as the first point of direct communication, confirming the user's registration and engagement. This enhances user experience by making the process feel personal and professional.
To adjust custom email templates for activation and authentication, please follow below steps:
1. Go to System Settings - Templates - Custom Email Templates.
2. Choose the Activation or Authentication email for adjusting. *process is the same for both
3. Enable the toggle at the top for customization of the template.
4. Enter the Name of the email for easier adjustment later on.
5. Choose the assignees/recipients of that specific email template by using Custom criteria option.
6. Adjust the template accordingly using the tokens from the right side.
