      How to set up Custom URL?

      Users can now completely customize the URL so it doesn't have to contain core.hr

      This branding update enables HR Cloud users to add the company's name in the URL or personalize it in a different manner.

      There are a few steps that need to be completed in order to have it available:

      1. Purchase the custom domain or create a subdomain on your existing domain.
      2. Generate a PEM certificate and share it with us with a private key and certificate chain
      3. Create DNS A record on your domain/subdomain with IP address 162.246.160.229
      4. We install the certificate and you should be able to use your new custom URL.
