      How to set up Points Approval for Kudos with Rewards?

      Every time points are added to the Kudos, you can set up an approval process.

      To set up an approval process for points added through Kudos, please follow below steps:

      1.  Go to Kudos Settings - Billing & Funding - Spending Limits.
      2. There you will locate Points Approval section that needs to be enabled first in order to be configured.
      3. By default, if enabled, HR Admins are the ones who can approve Kudos with Points posts.
      4. You can easily configure it and add different approvers to meet your needs and make necessary adjustments such as task name, due date, choose the type of approval and choose what happens if the approver denies it.

      An additional toggle visible under this section is related to posting Kudos. If enabled, Kudos post will become visible/posted only when it goes through the complete approval process.
