How to set up the I9 reminders for upcoming document expiration dates?
This article explains how to set up I9 reminders when a document used in I9 is about to expire.
Documents included in this option are:
- Employee Work Authorization,
- Employee Identity and Employment Authorization ( documents provided for section 2)
- Employee Reverification ( documents provided for section 3)
These emails are sent 7 days before the expiration date.
If you wish to set up the I9 reminders,
- Go to the Settings page from the left panel of the application.
- Click the Notifications icon.
- The left panel of the page lists the I9 Reminders link.
- You can configure when users will be notified via email that their I9 documents have upcoming Expiration dates. You can also edit the templates for each email.
