How to Upload Files and Documents to a Form Task?

This article will show you how you can upload file and documents to a form task.

HR Cloud offers the ability to upload supporting documents and any files straight to the form your company asked you to complete.

To upload a file to such a form, you need to locate that task, click on its title and proceed to the Open Form button. 

Once the form is opened, you will see an upload icon at the bottom of the form.

Click on it and choose a file from your computer. You can upload multiple documents but the maximum size of each one needs to be 10MB.

Click Done when you're finished.

After you do that, your file is uploaded and you can proceed with the completion of the form and click Save.


NOTE: If you exit the form without saving it,  your document will be lost and you will have to upload it once more. 

How to See Uploaded Documents After The Form is Saved? 

Open the completed form and find the Documents icon on the upper right side.  Click on it to see the uploaded documents as shown in the video.

Please note that documents uploaded through a form are saved only inside the form, not in the employee's Documents section.
