This article explains how to customize the system interface by creating a custom company logo.
Branding is an important tool in making your company presentable and unique. Design-wise, there are various features that can be adjusted, some of which will be discussed in this article.
In order for the Branding feature to be displayed under the Settings page, the subdomain must be entered first. *please contact your Account Manager for assistance in setting up the subdomain
Once it is set up, follow the steps below:
1. Go to the Settings page from the left panel of the application
2. Click on the Company Tab and enable Branding
3. Press the Configure button and enable the toggle next to Branding
Now that editing is enabled, there are a few customization possibilities:
1. Upload logomark (a symbol or icon only) and logotype (any text-based logo containing the company name or initials).
The images can be either dropped directly or uploaded from the existing files on your PC. Additionally, you can take a picture by pressing on the camera symbol next to the Choose File frame.
2. Under the Usage section, you may further choose where exactly across the system you want your logo to be displayed - Navigation, Login Page, and Emails.
Upon your preference, you can select between either logotype or logomark for each of the three mentioned above.
Additionally, you can add a custom message that will appear on the login page.
Once you make the selection for each, press the Preview button to get a better look at the logo's appearance prior to finally saving the changes.
Here is how to set this up:
Additional option you can adjust under Settings - Company - Branding is Side Navigation and Utility Bar Personalization.
1. Click on Configure.
2. Customize the look and feel of the Side Navigation & Utility Bar - both background color and text color can be customized.
3. Check out the Preview and if it is to your liking, click on Save. If not, click on Reset.
Another way of making your company look presentable in the system would be to edit the Dashboard Header. For this action, follow the steps below:
1. Navigate to your Homepage by clicking on the cloud symbol on the top left of the page.
2. Select Edit Header from the right corner of the Dashboard panel
3. If you choose Use Company Branding on this page, the logo and header image will automatically pull the info you set up for your company brand previously:
If you decide not to use the Company Branding, you can edit the Header by following the steps below:
1. Upload Logo image and choose Alignment (Center is default)
You can also insert the text of preference instead of an image, and change the color of the writing as well.
2. Upload your Header Image and choose a fit (Stretch/Fit). Header Color as an overlay may be inserted additionally.
