Kudos Nomination

The Kudos Nominations feature allows you to create structured campaigns where employees can nominate their peers for recognition. Important: Kudos with Rewards must be enabled to use Kudos Nominations.

Creating a New Nomination

  1. Open the Nominations tab in the Kudos App and click “NEW NOMINATION”.
  2. Add a Nomination Title, Description (this field is optional), and Image, set the Start and End Dates, then click “NEXT”.
  3. Set up permissions (who can nominate and who can be nominated), then click on “NEXT”.
  4. Configure the Winner Post (these can also be modified later when selecting winners), then click “Publish”.


To edit an existing nomination, click the three dots icon > Edit Nomination.

Under three dots, you can also find a link "Copy link" which you can share on the feed or in specific channels so employees are prompted to vote.


Nominating Users

  1. Open the Nominations tab in the Kudos App and click “NOMINATE” for the desired nomination.
  2. Click “Select a nominee” and choose the employee you want to nominate.
  3. Click “Save” to confirm the nomination.
  4. One employee can vote for one employee.

Announcing Winners

Once the nomination period is complete, you can announce the winner:

  1. Open the Nomination and click “ANNOUNCE THE WINNER”.
  2. Edit the Winner Post if needed, then click “Publish”.
