Microsoft Teams Integration

This article will explain how to set up integration with MS Teams within HR Cloud.

Connecting MS Teams is done in the Integrations tab, under Settings. After configuring permission to exchange personal data collected from HR Cloud, proceed to Connect MS Teams.


Workmates and MS Teams

Here, HR Admins will be able to choose Channel and Workmates Post Types that will be sent over to the chosen MS Teams channel.


Personal MS Teams Notifications

Each user can choose to connect their HR Cloud account to receive Task and Workmates notifications.

To connect your account,

  1. Click on your picture in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.

  2. Go to My Settings.

  3. Click on Integrations and locate MS Teams.

  4. After allowing personal information collection data, proceed to Connect to MS Teams.

  5. Choose your workspace and Sign in to MS Teams.

Please note that each user has to do this individually.
