How to login using a phone number?
If your employees aren't or won't use email addresses, they can still access their HR Cloud profile by logging in using their account phone number.
In order to enable phone login option, Account Manager or support team need to make edits in the backend.
Once the option is enabled, either Account Email or Account Phone is required to create an account.
When a new user has been added with a phone number, an activation message is sent to their account phone number.
The message contains a link that leads to the setup password screen where the user needs to enter the password and confirm it to proceed.
All sent messages can be tracked under System Settings > Integrations > Twilio > Message Logs.
