Recruit Applicant Rating

To streamline the assessment of candidates throughout the hiring process, the Recruit app offers a Rating widget that can be employed to facilitate decision-making.

You can access this feature by following the steps below: 

1. Go to the Recruit app from the left panel of the application.

2. In the Applicants tab click on the name of the Applicant you wish to give a Rating to. 

3. Click on Rate in the Rating widget in the top right corner of the Applicant flyout. 

4. Select the number of stars corresponding to the rating you wish to assign to the candidate, using a scale of 1 to 5. Optionally, you can enter a note with comments on the above Rating. 

5. Click Done.

To view both your own and others' ratings, click on the "Rating" tab above. After that, a list containing ratings and comments from all individuals who have assessed the Applicant will be displayed, along with an arithmetic mean of all ratings. 

The arithmetic mean in numeric format and represented by star icons will be visible in the Applicant grid, as well.
