Recruit Applicant Rating

To streamline the assessment of candidates throughout the hiring process, the Recruit app offers a Rating widget that can be employed to facilitate decision-making.

You can use this feature by following these straightforward steps:

1. Navigate to the Recruit app located in the left panel of your application.
2. Within the Applicants tab, select the name of the Applicant you wish to evaluate.
3. In the top left corner of the Applicant flyout, click on the Rate option in the Rating widget.
4. Choose the number of stars that reflects the rating you want to give the candidate, using a scale from 1 to 5. Additionally, you have the option to add comments related to your rating.
5. Once you have made your selection, click Done to save your rating.

To view your ratings as well as those from other evaluators, simply click on the "Rating" label located right next to the star icons. This will display a comprehensive list of ratings and comments provided by all individuals who have evaluated the Applicant, along with the overall average rating.

You can also see this average rating, both as a numeric value and represented by star icons, in the Applicant grid for a quick overview.
