TalentLyft Integration

Steps to successfully integrate HR Cloud with TalentLyft

Connecting on the HR Cloud side

1. Ask your Account Manager to enable TalentLyft Integration for you.

2. Log in to HR Cloud as HR Admin and Navigate to System Settings.

TalentLyft option is now available under the Integrations section.

On that page, unique connectors will be generated:

  • Endpoint URL
  • Webhook validation URL
  • Secret key

3. Click  “Configure TalentLyft WebHooks” and you will be redirected to TalentLyft page

Connecting to HR Cloud on TalentLyft side

1. Log into TalentLyft as Admin.

2. Navigate to “Integrations”.

3. Find HR Cloud and click on settings. Make sure integration is enabled.

4. Enter the endpoint URL and Secret key from HR Cloud integration page.

5. Choose if you want to export candidates manually, or automatically and click Save.



Requirements to successfully export candidates from TalentLyft  to HR Cloud

1: Job should be created (there are fields from Job that are being exported)

 

2: All required candidate info should be filled.

 

3: Candidate will\can be exported automatically\manually when it gets moved to “Hired” candidate state

Additional rules:

  1. The user's start date is the date when the candidate has been exported!
  2. Employee numbers are generated randomly if not managed differently!
  3. Employment status is set to active!
  4. If some HR Cloud-required fields are not received upon export, they will be generated randomly on the HR Cloud side! (They can be changed manually in the future)
