      Twilio SMS Integration

      Setting up Twilio SMS integration can assist you with tracking different processes in HR Cloud, including 2FA, activation process, applicant status changes, and task notifications as well as Workmates announcements.

      To enable the Twilio integration, please follow the below steps:

      1. Go to Settings - Integrations.
      2. Click on Twilio.
      3. Click on the Configure button located in the upper right hand corner to accept the integration set up.
      4. Under General Settings, enable Twilio integration so SMS notications can be sent out accordingly.

      Please note that this feature can require extra cost so please reach out to your Account Manager for more information.
