Who can see the Recruit app?

Here you will find more information on who can access the Recruit app.

HR Admin

HR Admins have access to every part of the system.
This means that they can see the Recruit app on their dashboard, as well as all applicants, jobs, a question bank, multiple job boards (if any) and reports.

Below is a video of what an HR Admin sees.

HR User and HR Operation

HR Users and HR Operations can see the Recruit application by default, but the Question Library and multiple Job Boards will be hidden.

Please note that if an HR User or Operation can see only specific locations, they will only be able to see applicants and jobs posted for that location.

IT User, IT Operation and Manager

These users cannot see the Recruit app by default unless they are hiring manager for a job.

To assign a Hiring Manager, simply add or edit a job and choose a person in the Hiring Manager field.

You can configure permission for users who do have access to the Recruit app to send/revoke offer letters.
