AI Settings

This article explains how to enable the AI Assistant in HR Cloud and how it can be used across the platform.

Step 1: Access AI Settings

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Under General, select AI Settings.

Step 2: Confirm AI Usage Consent

In the AI Usage Consent section, review the consent information and click Configure.
By confirming consent, you acknowledge that HR Cloud may process usage data to provide AI-powered features across the platform.

Once the consent is accepted, AI features become available for configuration.

Step 3: Configure AI Features by App

After confirming AI usage consent, you can choose which applications will use AI functionality. You can enable or disable AI for each feature individually, including:

  • AI Assistant Bot – Allows employees to ask questions and receive AI-powered answers

  • Workmates Post Creation with AI – Assists with composing and suggesting Workmates posts

  • AI Performance Review Assistant – Helps create review cycles and refine performance feedback

  • AI Resume Parser – Uses AI to parse resumes and extract candidate data

  • Survey Creation with AI – Assists in creating surveys using AI

You can update these settings at any time to control where AI is applied within your organization.
