How to check the account status and send activation emails to multiple employees?
This article will explain how to cover bulk changes for pending activation employees.
To see who still hasn't logged in and to send new activation emails in case the initial one expired, please follow below steps:
1. Go to Settings - User Management - Users.
2. Under Account Status column you can see if the user is Active, Inactive or Pending.
3. If necessary, filter the column Account Status or just type in Pending.
4. Click on the first toggle to select all Pending Account Status employees.
5. Click on Actions - Send Activation Email. ( same can be customized like this.)
