How to edit Positions, Locations, Departments, Divisions and Employment Types?

This article explains how you can edit already existing Positions/Locations/Departments/Divisions/Employment Types in the HR Cloud.

* The following instructions are not applicable for clients that use an ADP Integration

 

If you wish to edit an already existing Positions/Locations/Departments/Divisions/Employment Types:

  1. Go to the 'Settings' page from the left panel of the application.
  2. Click the 'Company' icon.
  3. The left panel of the page lists Position/Location/Department/Division/Employment Type.
  4. To see each one, click on it.
  5. Click on the name of the Position/Location/Department/Division/Employment Type you want to change.
  6. When a new screen opens up, click on the 'Edit' button in the upper right corner.
  7. Edit the name, code, and description, and click 'Save'.
  8. Please note that these steps can be used for inactivating that data as well.
