How to Preselect the Upload Folder on the Document Request Tasks?

This article will show HR Admins how they can choose the folder where a certain requested document will go to.

Start the process by creating a checklist of your choosing and adding a new Document Request Task following the usual steps, explained here.  Once you chose "Document Request Task", you will see an option called Document Storage as seen below. 

You will notice that the default option is "Employee Files" and that means that the document, unless required otherwise, will be uploaded under employee's Documents and won't be stored in any of the existing folders. 

However, if you click on an arrow next to it, you will be able to see all of your Global Folder Tree folders. You can select any of them by clicking on a circle next to their names and click Save. From that moment on, whoever gets this task and uploads a document within, will store that document into the selected folder automatically. 

Note: Please bear in mind that this will take effect on newly created and assigned tasks only, not the ones that were already in place.
